We’re Hiring for a Project Manager!

Qualifications:
*Career experience must include at least 5 years in commercial construction
*Must understand commercial construction means, methods, and materials, including standard practices and regulations
*Excellent written and oral communication
*Must be willing and able to speak before groups of people in project interviews and other presentations
*OSHA training
*Microsoft office suite
*Bend, squat, climb ladders or stairs
Responsibilities:
*Provide proactive leadership on assigned construction projects, from the preconstruction/bidding phase, through planning, construction, close-out, and warranty
*Accountable for client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, and schedule adherence
*Conforms to policies and procedures upholds ethical standards and exemplifies company values, with emphasis on integrity and service
*Manage commitments to Subcontractors and Suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract terms
*Manage financial aspects of project, from job setup to monthly billings, forecasting, and final close-out, to ensure project meets profitability goals
*Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients and designers
*Provide team leadership
*Anticipate construction flow to provide proactive project planning
*Strong organizational ability with daily management of multi-tasking
*All other tasks as assigned
